Frequently Asked

  • Yes, in order to prevent injury and pelvic floor dysfunction, we do require our postpartum clients to have clearance for exercise from their doctor or women’s health physiotherapist.

  • It is recommended that a minimum 6 weeks postpartum is recommended as well as having clearance for exercise from your healthcare provider.

  • Yes. Women who are healthy and already active do not need to seek medical clearance for physical activity/exercise during pregnancy.
    But if you do have any previous medical history, please speak with your doctor or healthcare professional before training.
